# Longevity-Pseudowissenschaft erkennen

Longevity-Pseudowissenschaft leiht sich das Aussehen der Wissenschaft, die Studien, die Mechanismen, die klinischen Begriffe, ohne die Belege, die sie vertrauenswürdig machen. Die Lösung ist nicht Zynismus. Sortiere Behauptungen danach, wie stark die Belege sind: bring zuerst Schlaf, Bewegung und Ernährung in Ordnung (die fittesten Erwachsenen haben rund 80% geringeres Sterberisiko), dann kommen die Supplements dazu, die sich einen Platz verdient haben.
