A plant-focused menu of açaí and blue spirulina bowls, matcha and poké bowls, vegan burgers, gluten-free sandwiches, freshly pressed juices, and made-to-order smoothies. Chicken and salmon are also on the menu. The kitchen builds dishes to be free of added sugar, dairy, preservatives, and colouring.

Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00.

Founded by Jesper Rydahl in 2009, it was among the first cafés in Copenhagen to serve raw and plant-focused food, built on the principle of keeping ingredients in their most natural state.

Morning bowls such as the açaí, blue spirulina, and matcha bowls start around 129 DKK, placing 42Raw in the affordable everyday range. There is also a 20% coffee discount every morning from 8:00 to 10:00.
