ANOAH – Plant Based Zürich

ANOAH serves a fully plant-based fine-dining tasting menu with a choice of five or six courses, created according to the season and changing roughly every two months. A signature dish is Purple Rain, a red cabbage risotto with truffle and kimchi. You can add a wine pairing or a non-alcoholic pairing of homemade juices and fermented drinks.

Dinner is served Wednesday to Saturday from 18:00 to 23:00. There is also a weekend brunch on Saturday from 10:30 to 14:00 and on Sunday from 10:30 to 14:00. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

ANOAH was named Falstaff Plant-Based Restaurant of the Year 2025. It is led by Noah Rechsteiner and a young, creative team, and its dishes play with textures, intense flavors, and surprising combinations. The truffle used in some dishes is often foraged by Noah's truffle dog, Milo.

Yes. ANOAH offers a plant-based brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 to 14:00, with à la minute service followed by a buffet that includes Bircher muesli, croissants, and a variety of spreads and yogurts.
