Biograph SF Clinic

A single-day preventive health assessment of more than 20 advanced diagnostics, including whole-body MRI, DEXA body composition, VO2 max testing, coronary CT angiography with AI plaque analysis, an advanced blood panel, continuous glucose monitoring, a multi-cancer early detection blood test, and neurocognitive and retinal imaging. Results are reviewed one-to-one with a physician.

Biograph works on a membership model with two tiers. The Core membership starts at $7,500 and covers the full day of diagnostics plus follow-up. The Black membership costs $15,000 and adds concierge services, ongoing consultations, and access to specialists throughout the year.

The clinic is at 2850 S Delaware St, Suite 100, San Mateo, CA 94403, in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is about 15 minutes from San Francisco International Airport and reachable via Caltrain, Highway 101, and Highway 92, with parking available nearby.

It combines MRI, cardiac imaging, blood biomarkers, and functional testing in one day, gathering over 1,000 data points across five health pillars: cardiovascular disease, metabolic dysfunction, brain health, cancer risk, and quality of life. It is Biograph's founding clinic, designed with private suites and a central garden courtyard rather than a traditional clinical setting.

Michael Doney, MD, MPH, MS is Biograph's Executive Medical Director, and Dr. Gilberto Hernandez serves as Medical Director of the San Mateo clinic. Members finish their visit with a physician consultation on initial results, followed by a full virtual review a few weeks later once all assessments are analyzed.
