Broths include the vegan Spicy Is The New Green, Creamy TomYum and Garlic Dream alongside chicken-based Red Tori and White Tori, so vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free bowls are easy to compose. The recipes blend spicy Chinese Malatang with slow-simmered Japanese ramen broths, developed with input from a Tokyo ramen master. Pre-assembled Veggie, Meat and Seafood combos are also on the menu.
