It is a build-your-own ramen and noodle-bowl restaurant. You take a bowl and fill it with fresh ingredients such as vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, meat, seafood and different noodles, then choose a broth. The idea combines Japanese ramen culture with the Chinese malatang principle.

The bowl is weighed, so the price depends on how much you put in. According to local sources, the average meal costs roughly 10 to 20 EUR.

Yes. You can build a plant-based bowl from ingredients like vegetables, mushrooms and tofu, and choose vegan broths such as tom yum or roasted garlic alongside broths like Red Tori and Tonkotsu.

It is open daily from 11:30, on Monday until 21:00 and from Tuesday to Sunday until 21:30. The kitchen closes about 15 minutes before closing time, and no reservations are taken.
