Caesar Fitness + Spa Den Haag

It combines fitness and wellness under one roof: group classes, personal training, a Reformer Pilates studio and daily unlimited yoga, pilates and meditation, plus a spa with six saunas, a historic swimming pool, a whirlpool, an aqua lounge, the Tekya heated-marble space and twelve massage treatments.

There are six saunas: a Finnish sauna (the hottest), a Kelo pine-wood sauna with daily loyly rituals, an infrared sauna, a salt crystal sauna, a herbal sauna and a steam room. The wellness area also has a whirlpool, an aqua lounge with a large aquarium and the Tekya space with cooling fountains and heated marble.

Yes. A day pass gives access to all facilities, all group classes and the whole wellness area. There are also month passes and year memberships. You can book a tour by appointment to see the place before joining.

The club sits in the historic Mauritskadebad, and its pool dates from 1883. The site describes it as the oldest pool in The Hague and the first indoor swimming pool in the Netherlands.
