Founded in 2004 at Wessenbergstraße 8, it is a Bioland Gold Partner and Demeter-certified restaurant, serving cakes, tarts and breads baked fresh daily, breakfast while supplies last, hot and cold lunch dishes, plus specialty coffee, tea and organic beer, wine and juices. Everything is bio, fair-trade and plant-based, with a zero-waste approach and reusable-deposit takeaway. Seating ranges from communal tables to bean bags. The attached shop sells ethical homeware and gifts from brands such as Tranquillo, Sonnenglas and WeltPartner. In 2025 it received the Baden-Württemberg Zukunfts.Länd.Macher award.
