Fitness Center Mainz City Wellness

The studio combines strength machines, a large free-weight area, treadmills, cross trainers and ergometers with a gymnastics room for TRX, stretching and functional training. It also has an integrated wellness area with sauna, infrared cabin, experience shower and a relaxation area, plus courses like group fitness, personal training with nutrition counseling, traditional Taekwon-Do and self-defense for women and girls.

Monday to Friday it opens 07:30-12:00 and 15:00-21:00, with a midday break in between. On Saturday and Sunday it is open 08:00-15:00.

It is a three-generation family business that has run since 1982 and describes itself as an oldschool alternative to franchise chains, with a focus on personal service and traditional martial arts alongside fitness and wellness.
