Hyper Balance Graz – Longevity & Biohacking

It focuses on hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) in a pressure chamber, IHHT interval hypoxia-hyperoxia training that simulates altitudes up to 7,000m, Bemer therapy, cell analysis (Zellanalyse) and nutritional supplements, all aimed at recovery, performance and longevity optimization.

HBOT is hyperbaric oxygen therapy delivered in a pressure chamber. Hyper Balance states it can bring up to 2,100% more oxygen into your tissue to support cell regeneration, performance and biohacking. The treatments are offered as non-medical wellness applications.

It is at Sackstraße 26/14, 8010 Graz, in the historic Altstadt in the city centre. Hyper Balance also runs a second location at Kärntner Straße 527 in Seiersberg-Pirka.

The Graz location is generally open Monday to Friday and Saturday morning, with hours varying by day (for example Monday 07:00 to 20:00, Wednesday 08:00 to 18:00, Friday 08:00 to 16:00, Saturday 10:00 to 14:00). It is closed on Sunday. Sessions are booked by individual appointment, so confirm your time when booking.

Hyper Balance is an official partner of the professional football club SK Sturm Graz and its recovery and performance protocols are used by athletes. It combines pressure-chamber oxygen therapy and altitude-simulating IHHT training under one roof for recovery and longevity.
