Ishara Saunawelt is a large textile-free public sauna complex at the Ishara baths in central Bielefeld. Run by Bielefelder Baeder, it spreads across indoor and outdoor areas with a roof garden and terrace. Indoor cabins include the Vitu dry sauna (75 to 80 C), the Ventus infusion sauna (85 C), the Valeo relaxation sauna (70 to 75 C), a nature-themed Hoehle cave (60 to 65 C) and a Dampfbad steam room (42 to 45 C). Outside are the Teuto sauna with about 65 seats, the hot Salus sauna (95 C) and a Russian-style Banja (up to 100 C) with birch infusions. Cooling options include a 12 C plunge pool and a warm pool. Every Monday is a women-only sauna day.

Yes. Sauna bathing at Ishara Saunawelt takes place without textiles (nude). Every Monday the sauna world is open exclusively for female guests all day, except on public holidays.
