KEEP LIVING Salzburg is a 100% vegan restaurant and garden kitchen inside the Keep eco residence on Schwarzstraße, near the Mirabell district. Also known as The Keep Garden Kitchen, it cooks organic, regional and seasonal plant-based dishes: fresh salads, seasonal soups, bowls as mains, plus cakes and rice pudding for dessert, with gluten-free and lactose-free options. Vegetables come partly from the venue's own garden, and there is outdoor garden seating alongside the indoor dining room furnished with repurposed vintage pieces. Homemade drinks include organic coffee, herbal teas and lemonades. On weekends a brunch is served on a pay-as-you-feel basis.
