LÖYLY Sauna Luzern

It is a privately bookable, self-service Finnish sauna at a lakeside location in Luzern (Seeburgstrasse 61). You reserve a time slot and the sauna is reserved for your own group only. The sauna is pre-heated to 80°C and adjustable between 70 and 100°C, with lake access right nearby for cooling off.

Booking is digital: you pick a date and time slot online and the sauna is reserved for private use. On the day of your booking you receive an access code by email and SMS to enter, so the experience runs with minimal staff contact. A minimum of about two hours is recommended.

Because it is self-service, bring two towels, a swimsuit, flip-flops and drinks. Water for the sauna steam is available from the outdoor showers or the lake.

LÖYLY sells gift cards and prepaid credit. Credit packages start at CHF 350, with discounts on larger amounts (for example 10% off at CHF 500 and 20% off at CHF 1,000). Gift cards are valid for five years. Check the website for the current per-session sauna rate.

The private, book-it-for-yourself model means the sauna is exclusively yours during your slot, right by the lake for a natural cold plunge. LÖYLY also runs entirely on renewable electricity and operates at several lakeside sites across Switzerland.
