A daily changing organic vegetarian menu of 5 to 6 prepared salads, two hot dishes, and a soup of the day, plus bread and hummus. Vegan dishes are labeled. The cooking style varies with whoever is in the kitchen, from Far Eastern to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern, all homemade from organic ingredients.

Open Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 21:00, closed Mondays. It is also closed during the whole month of January.

Prices are low for Copenhagen. You can usually choose between two hot dishes and several salads for under 100 DKK, and it is widely regarded as good value.

In the Christiania freetown at Fabriksomraadet 134, 1440 Copenhagen K. It is about a 15 minute walk from the city centre or reachable by bus 9A, and it has a rustic garden with wooden tables.

It has run for more than 20 years as a volunteer-based cooperative in Christiania, built on collective and sustainable principles. The name means The Morning Place, reflecting its origins serving breakfast.
