The lab centres on hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) in an oxygen chamber with skyline views, plus cold plunge, photobiomodulation (light therapy), heat and guided breathing. Sessions run as structured routines: 60 minute Re:gain, 90 minute Re:charge and 150 minute Re:glow. Individualised infusion therapies, including NAD+ infusions, are coordinated with partner physicians on site after an initial consultation. A 50 euro intro session includes an HBOT trial, spa and rest area access and a personal consultation. Technology partners include Higher Qi, Ice Tubs and Moleqlar.
