Roomers Frankfurt Spa

A top-floor spa with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, a rooftop terrace and skyline views, plus a Life Fitness gym with treadmills, bike, stepper, a strength wall and dumbbells. In-room massages and beauty treatments are available via the SOKAI team, and Pilates and breathwork classes run on the 6th floor.

A recovery and longevity space on the 6th floor offering cold plunge (3 to 10 degrees C, 3 to 5 minutes), red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and IV infusions including NAD+. These are combined into guided routines (Re:gain, Re:charge, Re:juvenate) and can be booked without a membership via the Recover Society website or WhatsApp.

The sauna and gym are open daily from 6:30 to 24:00 for hotel guests. Recover Society routines and in-room treatments are booked in advance.

Inside the Roomers Frankfurt Central hotel at Gutleutstrasse 85, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, in the Gutleutviertel near the main station. The spa sits on the top floor of the hotel.
