Sauna & Plunge Shoreditch

It offers a Finnish sauna at 85°C, an infrared sauna at 60°C, and three 3D-printed cold plunge pools set at 12°C, 6°C, and 3°C. Contrast therapy, cycling between heat and cold, is central to the experience. It also runs studio classes such as yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and sound healing, plus a lounge with coffee, matcha, cacao, and juices.

There are three eco-material, 3D-printed cold plunge pools set at 12°C, 6°C, and 3°C, so you can choose your level of intensity.

Access is available through memberships (Plunge+, PlungeLite, and the month-to-month Plunge+ Flexi) or by booking, and studio classes can be booked separately. Advance booking is recommended, and walk-ins are accepted when space allows.

It is an underground studio at 124 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4SA, in Shoreditch. It opens Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 20:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 19:00.
