The pool and sauna area is generally open daily from 7am to 10pm, with saunas running Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm and Friday to Sunday 7am to 10pm. Children may use the pool with an adult from 10 to 11:30am and 3 to 4:30pm. The fitness area is open daily. Please note the pool was temporarily closed 5 to 24 July 2026 for restoration, so confirm hours before you visit.
