Andy Du Hao

Andy Du Hao is the founder and CEO of Ginpact Health (Hong Kong) Company Limited, which sells its products under the GINPACT name. According to his speaker profile at AT ONE Impact Week 2026, he co-founded the company in 2024 together with scientists. GINPACT uses fermentation to process cultivated ginseng into what the company describes as a wild ginseng essence.

Before turning to herbal medicine, he worked in finance and venture investing. He was a Managing Director at CATL (Hong Kong) and at Country Garden Venture Capital. He holds a bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University and a master's degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and he is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant.

Since 2021 he has studied classical Chinese medicine theory and acupuncture with experienced TCM teachers. He is an Executive Committee Member of the Modernized Chinese Medicine International Association (MCMIA) and works on bringing rare herbal medicines into modern, international use.

On 31 July 2026 he spoke at Longevity Cities Shenzhen on "The Science of Ginseng: Where Traditional Chinese Medicine Meets Modern Longevity" at Hong Kong Science Park Shenzhen. The bilingual talk looked at ginseng and other adaptogenic roots from a founder's perspective: what holds up in modern research and how an old root is turned into a supplement. In September 2026 he also spoke at AT ONE Impact Week in Singapore.
