Felix Geilert is the co-founder and CTO of Radiant Science, a generative-AI platform for outpatient clinics and hospitals that automates administrative work so clinicians can focus on patient care. He holds an MSc in Computer Science and is an expert in AI infrastructure. Before Radiant Science he founded a video-security-surveillance AI startup, then worked at Microsoft on compliant infrastructure, search and productivity tools, and subsequently joined Meta as an AI developer building foundational brain models to decode thoughts from brain images. Radiant Science is led by CEO Dr. Sigourney Waibel and is backed by investors including Calm/Storm Ventures. Geilert's work spans large-scale data extraction and integration, agentic AI systems, and the shift from AI as an 'oracle' to AI as a 'colleague' that does work for clinicians to review and supervise. A committed biohacker, Geilert follows a systematic, data-driven approach to his own health with the stated goal of living 140 healthy years – an interest sparked by reading David Sinclair's Lifespan in 2020.
