About Simon Fiechtner
Simon Fiechtner is a co-founder of Deep Care, the Ludwigsburg health technology company behind Isa, a desk device for people who work at a screen. After a commercial apprenticeship he spent three years in HR at Bosch, studied industrial engineering and then worked another six years at Bosch in robotics.
Deep Care was founded in 2020 by five friends who had worked on robotics projects at Bosch and Tesla. Despite good working conditions, long hours of sitting had sent all of them to the physiotherapist. Inside the company Simon focuses on customers and partnerships. The team page lists him as U.S. Business Developer, and Deep Care runs a US company in New York alongside its base in Ludwigsburg.
Isa entered the market in October 2022. It senses posture, movement, focus and breathing and answers with short cues to move, stretch, drink or take a breath. It works without a camera and processes data locally. Deep Care works with health insurers such as AOK Baden-Württemberg, mhplus and Techniker Krankenkasse and with research partners including Fraunhofer institutes and KIT. In February 2024 it closed a seven-figure Seed II round, and its Isa AI Resilience Coach was named a CES Innovation Awards 2026 Honoree in Digital Health.
On 3 September 2026 he was one of the featured experts at "Longevity × Posture", a Longevity Cities meetup in San Francisco hosted at Cathay Innovation. He introduced Isa and joined the moderated panel on posture, sedentary work and lifelong mobility.
