It combines training and recovery under one roof: Concept2 cardio and strength equipment, a Strength + Stride studio, a WeRide indoor cycling room, an outdoor workout area with a sprint track, and group classes such as Yoga, HardCORE and Metabolic Meltdown. The Sanctuary recovery center adds hot and cold plunges, a hybrid infrared and traditional sauna with Himalayan salt therapy, and a eucalyptus steam room, plus a VitaSquad vitamin IV lounge and VO2 max and InBody testing.

It sits at 1212 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, on the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall. The club offers complimentary 2-hour parking on site.

The club is open Monday to Friday from 5:00 to 22:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 to 19:00.
