€ · Asian Fusion Bowls
ÁRO Münster is an Asian fusion bowl restaurant on Salzstraße 13 in Münster's Altstadt city centre. It follows a build your own bowl concept: pick a base of salad, rice, or both, then five toppings such as cherry tomatoes, edamame, corn, kimchi, and avocado cream, a protein special, a sauce like avocado sesame, chili mayo, or mango curry, and crunchy finishes. Proteins range from lemongrass tofu and vegan chicken satay to teriyaki beef and yakitori chicken, so plant based and meat eaters are covered. Running since 2018, ÁRO uses fresh products daily and compostable recycled bowls. Dogs are welcome and no reservations are needed. This is one of three ÁRO sites in Münster.
