Gustav Grün Wilhelmstraße

A build-your-own concept of bowls (Die Box), wraps (Die Rolle) and sides. You choose a rice-and-salad base, add from over 20 fresh toppings and sauces, and pick a protein such as falafel, seitan kebab or shawarma. Sides include potato wedges with hummus.

It was fully vegan originally and added meat options in late 2024. Plenty of plant-based and vegan choices remain, including vegan kebab and shawarma made from seitan, so both vegan and meat-eating guests are covered.

Gustav Grün Wilhelmstraße is open daily from 11:30 to 22:00 at Wilhelmstraße 1, 48149 Münster, and has outdoor seating.

Prices are affordable, with bowls starting around 7 euros for a base, salads, toppings, sauces and a protein. Payment is by card. Reusable boxes are available with a 5 euro deposit.

You control the plate: pile on chickpeas, salads and legumes plus a protein like falafel or seitan, keeping portions generous and fresh. It sources regionally where possible and uses eco-friendly packaging.
