Aspria Hamburg Uhlenhorst

It is a club-style sport and spa hotel with extensive fitness areas, expert-led training, and an award-winning 803 sqm spa featuring five pools, five saunas (including a Finnish log-cabin sauna with daily Aufguss infusions and a hammam), and around 30 treatments. The site also has six tennis courts, an all-weather hockey pitch, a spa garden with outdoor heat cabins and pools, a club bistro with rooftop terrace, coworking spaces, and hotel rooms.

Aspria runs on a membership model, but day passes can be booked, and a three-month membership option is offered. Club tours are available for prospective members.

The club is open Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 23:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00. Spa hours are more limited, so check the current spa schedule before your visit.

It is at Hofweg 40, 22085 Hamburg, in the Uhlenhorst district, set in large landscaped gardens on the former grounds of the Klipper Tennis and Hockey Club.

The 803 sqm spa is multiple award-winning and combines five pools and five saunas with a Finnish log-cabin sauna whose daily infusion menu is curated by a Sauna Master, a hammam, a 20-bed relaxation area, and a 400 sqm spa garden with outdoor heat cabins and pools.
