Around 10,000 m2 of thermal and wellness space, including an indoor lagoon pool with whirlpools and waterfalls, heated outdoor pools with lake views open year round, a sauna world with seven themed saunas and Aufguss ceremonies, and a wellness area with treatments and packages.

The therme is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Hours are reduced to 10:00 to 14:00 on Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year's Eve (31 December).

On weekdays, adult tickets for the recreation and family bath run from 20 euro for 2 hours to 31 euro for the whole day, with slightly higher weekend and holiday rates. Sauna access is an add-on of 12.50 euro per person. Children aged 3 and under enter free, and you get free entry on your birthday with valid ID.
