Sachsen-Therme is a large wellness and adventure bath in east Leipzig, spanning around 18,000 m2 in the Paunsdorf area. The water world features a wave pool, whirlpool, two 140 metre water slides, a 10 x 25 metre sports pool, a diving platform at one and three metres, plus grottos, waterfalls and a flow channel. A roughly 3,000 m2 sauna landscape holds eight saunas, including a Finnish sauna, a milder Biosanarium and classic Kelosaunas. The BeautySpa adds massages and regenerative treatments, and the site also runs the Vita Spa fitness club and a swimming school. Open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
