Sachsen-Therme

A roughly 18,000 m2 wellness complex with a water world (wave pool, whirlpool, two 140 metre water slides, a 10 x 25 metre sports pool and a diving platform at one and three metres) and a roughly 3,000 m2 sauna landscape with eight saunas, including a Finnish sauna, the Biosanarium and Kelosaunas. A BeautySpa, the Vita Spa fitness club and a swimming school round out the offer.

The Sachsen-Therme is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. It is worth checking the website for holiday hours and special events before your visit.

A water-world day pass for adults is around 19 euros, with reduced and children's rates lower and a family ticket about 39 euros. A combined bath and sauna day pass runs roughly 28 euros for adults and about 49 euros for families. Timed tickets and vouchers are also available. Check the website for current prices.

It is in east Leipzig at Schongauerstraße 19, 04329 Leipzig, in the Paunsdorf area. You can reach it by tram lines 3 and 7 toward Paunsdorf-Center, as well as by several bus lines.

Children up to 15 years may enter the sauna world only when accompanied by an adult. The water world with its slides and wave pool is family-friendly and suited to children.
