Chairs is a seasonal, regional farm-to-table restaurant in the Bornheim district of Frankfurt am Main. Every month the kitchen builds a new menu made exclusively from regional organic and natural products of high quality, driven by what the region offers that season. The team works nose-to-tail with fish and meat from selected regional suppliers, alongside a vegetable-forward, creative approach. The wine list follows the same premise, focused on selected German vintners and regions with both conventional and natural wines. Open Wednesday to Sunday from 6 PM at Gronauer Straße 1. Sister project: the Mehlwassersalz bakery.
