Urban Heroes Hamburg

It combines two training zones: the HIIT Zone (Sweat & Burn) with 50-minute high-intensity classes alternating treadmill and floor work under trainer guidance, and the Reformer Zone (Sculpt & Tone) for reformer pilates. A cryotherapy chamber is available for recovery.

Yes. First-time visitors complete a mandatory safety briefing and should arrive about 20 minutes before their first class. Classes are booked and cancelled through the Urban Heroes app.

The studio opens early on weekdays, from around 6:30 (5:30 on Wednesday and Friday) until the evening, and keeps shorter hours on the weekend. Exact class times depend on the schedule in the app, so check the current Kursplan before booking.

Urban Heroes is listed as an Urban Sports Club venue, with access on higher membership tiers. For its own plans, the studio offers Super Hero, Hero and Basic rates, plus a first-time intro option.
