The core treatment is nitrogen-free whole-body cryotherapy in an Art of Cryo cold chamber, with sessions of 3 to 5 minutes. It also offers Flow System lymph drainage, Reboots compression massage, a Wellsystem hydro-jet massage, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBO) and a pelvic-floor training chair.

First-time visitors can try a cryotherapy session for 15 euro instead of the regular 35 euro. Beyond that there are session cards (for example 3 sessions for 89 euro), plus monthly and yearly memberships including a combined Longevity Flat with cryotherapy and mHBO.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00. The studio is closed on Tuesdays.

The studio is at Nöllenstraße 12, 70195 Stuttgart, in the Botnang district. Free parking is available on site and at the adjacent EDEKA, and the nearest train station is about a 6-minute walk away.

The cold chamber works without nitrogen and comes from Art of Cryo, and each session length is set second-precisely and booked via the RemediCool app. Warm shoes, gloves, mouth protection and headphones are provided.
