The large training floor covers a Functional Training area, a Performance area with modern power racks, strength machines and free weights, Hammer Strength stations, a Booty Zone with Glutebuilder equipment, EGYM smart machines and a modern cardio section. A Recovery area, sauna and solarium support post-workout recovery, and over 30 weekly group classes include Bodypump, Bodycombat, Bodybalance and Zumba. Membership includes access to more than 150 Fitness First clubs nationwide.
