Freeage by Biowatch

The Foundation program covers biological age via the GrimAge v2 epigenetic clock, a full DNA analysis with 750+ risk reports, a 17-biomarker blood panel (heart health, inflammation, thyroid, vitamins), saliva hormone tests (cortisol, DHEA and sex hormones), and fitness measures including VO2-max, grip strength and blood pressure.

Samples are collected at home or another familiar environment, including blood and saliva samples plus fitness assessments. The program includes two 60-minute in-person sessions and follow-up consultations, and results feed a digital platform with biomarker history and wearable data integration.

The initial Foundation assessment is listed at 24,495 DKK including VAT, and an ongoing tailored subscription starts from 3,995 DKK per year. Extension programs for gut optimization, eating habits and premium coaching are offered on top.

Freeage is the longevity program of the Biowatch clinic in the Copenhagen area, working with a medical team of 16+ specialists including a medical director. Its epigenetic analysis runs in partnership with UCLA, and the lab work is ISO 15189 certified.
