One Thirty Labs is a longevity and recovery studio in central Copenhagen, at Palægade 2 near Kongens Nytorv. The name refers to whole body cryotherapy at minus 130 degrees Celsius, a signature 10 minute session. Beyond cryo, the credit based menu covers infrared sauna, LED light therapy, compression and pressotherapy, a dry float, EMS training, meditation and PEMF pods, and MMS sculpt and pelvic floor work. A separate clinical side offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV drips, PRP, plus blood, hormone, and gut tests reviewed with an in house doctor. Memberships and credit packs, group classes, and a second studio at Kurhotel Skodsborg round out the concept.

Where is One Thirty Labs located?+
The flagship studio is at Palægade 2, st., 1261 København K, within walking distance of Kongens Nytorv in central Copenhagen. There is a second studio at Kurhotel Skodsborg, and members can switch between the two.
Do I need a membership, or can I book single sessions?+
Studio treatments run on credits from monthly memberships or credit packs, and single treatment sessions can be booked without a GP referral. Clinical treatments such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy (from DKK 950) and IV therapy (from DKK 700) are paid separately, and a free consultation can be booked to start.
What are the opening hours?+
The Copenhagen studio is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00, and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00.
