Ginko Graz

A fully vegan buffet with a daily changing selection of salads, soups, warm main courses and side dishes, plus an in-house vegan bakery with cakes made without milk, eggs, honey or gelatine, fresh-pressed juices and coffee. Ingredients are organic, regional and seasonal where possible, with many gluten-free and soy-free options.

Ginko uses a pay-by-weight system. You serve yourself at the buffet island and pay based on the weight of your plate, so salads and warm dishes cost the same by weight. The reloadable Ginko Card gives a 5 percent discount.

Ginko is open Monday to Saturday from 11:30 to 21:00 and is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
