The bio-shop is open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 16:00, closed Sundays. The restaurant serves lunch Monday to Saturday, roughly 11:00 to 15:30. Hours can change, so check the website before visiting.

It opened in 1986 as one of Vienna's first organic shops and combines a bio-restaurant, cafe and grocery under one roof. Chef and owner Othmar Holzinger runs the kitchen, and the Falstaff Streetfood Guide 2022 described it as a whole market visit in a single venue.
