Wood-fired saltwater hot tubs heated to 40 degrees for up to six people, Scandinavian panoramic saunas, cold plunges, and outdoor cold-water showers, all overlooking the harbour on Refshaleøen. A camp area adds three heated cabins and a large grill.

Both. You can book a private hot tub or private sauna just for your own group, or join a social session from Wednesday to Sunday where you share tubs, plunge pools, and sauna with other guests.

Every booking includes towels, a waterproof bag for your belongings, and use of the cold plunge and cold-water showers. Private and shared Scandi-style changing rooms are available, and an outdoor shower before entry is required.

At Refshalevej 325, 1432 København, on Refshaleøen (Refshale Island), a harbourside spot with views over the water and the Copenhagen skyline.

It opens Wednesday to Friday from 13:00 to 21:00, Saturday from 11:00, and Sunday from around 12:00 into the evening. It is closed Monday and Tuesday. Check the website for current booking slots.
