The clinic offers preventive longevity medicine centred on your physiological age, or Health Capital. Care starts with a one-hour medical evaluation, then a tiered health assessment (bilan de base, essentiel or avancé) using diagnostic equipment configured for IPSL, followed by programs combining physiological corrections, nutrition and physical activity, plus dietitian and coaching sessions and a six-month follow-up.

It was founded by Dr. Christophe de Jaeger, a physician who has focused on the physiology of senescence and prevention for over 30 years and who developed the concept of physiological age (distinct from chronological and subjective age).

According to the institute, consultations are offered in French, English, German, Spanish, Russian and Dutch.

The institute is at 127 Rue de la Faisanderie in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. Listed opening hours are Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 18:00 and Friday 09:00 to 17:00; it is closed Saturday and Sunday. Please confirm current hours before visiting.

Assessments are tiered by depth: the bilan de base takes around 2.5 hours, the bilan essentiel around 4 hours and the bilan avancé around 8 hours. These follow an initial one-hour medical evaluation that determines which assessment fits your goals.
