Les Mauvaises Herbes is a plant-based bistronomie restaurant in Lyon, at the foot of the Croix-Rousse slopes near Place Sathonay. Open since 2018, chef Merlini Alvarez cooks fully vegan plates from seasonal, preferably organic and local produce, playing with fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs.
