Mio Mio Relax Longevity Zürich

It combines dry floating with health and longevity services. You can book 30-minute dry float sessions (some paired with NeuroVIZR light and sound), therapeutic massages and combo packages, plus NAD+ and vitamin IV infusions and blood testing.

Dry floating lets you feel weightless without getting wet, unlike a traditional float tank. Mio Mio Relax is described as Switzerland's first dry floating center, which is its main distinction.

The NAD+ Longevity package, which includes a foot massage and a NAD+ Power infusion, is listed at around CHF 699 for a 120-minute session. Other IV drips and float sessions are priced separately.

Mio Mio Relax is at Hornergasse 13, 8001 Zürich, a short walk from the main station near the Rennweg tram stop. It is open Tuesday to Friday 11:00 to 19:00 and Saturday 12:00 to 16:00, and closed on Sunday and Monday.
