It is a holistic medicine practice offering holistic medical consultation, breathwork and breathing therapy (holotropic breathing, the Middendorf method, pranayama), sound bowl therapy and sound massage, energetic treatment and chakra balancing, TCM with acupuncture and acupressure, shamanic and traditional medicine, body-oriented work, and systemic constellation work.

The practice follows the principle that health is more than the absence of disease. It views physical and mental symptoms as expressions of deeper emotional processes and looks for the underlying causes, combining conventional medicine with traditional healing methods from Asia and South America.
