Sauna am Lenneberg is a family-run sauna center in the Gonsenheim district of Mainz, founded in 1955 and known as the oldest sauna in the city. Two differently heated saunas at around 70 and 90 degrees Celsius, a Finnish sauna, a colour-light bio sauna and Aufguss infusions form the core of the visit. A brine (Sole) inhalation cabin uses salt air for deep breathing, and there is a rest room with loungers plus an idyllic garden with a pool.
