TressBrüder Vegi Bio-Restaurant

It is a 100% organic vegetarian and vegan buffet with a changing selection of cold and warm homemade dishes, from international plates to modern classics, all in certified organic quality (Bioland, Demeter, DE-ÖKO-006). À la carte vegetarian burgers are also available.

The weekday buffet is priced by weight at 3.70 euros per 100g. During the weekday Happy Hour (13:00 to 14:30) it drops to 3.33 euros per 100g. The weekend bio-brunch is 39.90 euros per person, and the Friday-to-Sunday evening buffet runs at a fixed price of 29.90 euros.

Monday to Friday the buffet is open 11:00 to 15:00. On Saturday and Sunday a brunch runs 10:00 to 14:30. Evening service is offered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 17:00 to 21:30.

It is on the Alnatura Campus at Eschollbrücker Straße 65, 64295 Darmstadt. The campus offers free parking, EV charging stations, and barrier-free access, and is reachable by bus from the main station.

Opened in July 2025, it is the TressBrüder family's first vegetarian buffet concept and their first restaurant outside Baden-Württemberg. Its fully organic, plant-based menu on the Alnatura Campus makes it a strong pick for organic and plant-forward eating in Darmstadt.
