Ubowl Poké Bowl

You can build your own poké bowl from around 50 ingredients or pick one of five fixed signature bowls. Bases include sushi rice, salad mix, whole grain and wild rice, or zucchini noodles. Proteins range from Atlantic salmon, yellowfin tuna and shrimp to baked organic tofu, stir-fry beef and yakitori chicken, finished with mix-ins, fruit, crunchy toppings and sauces like yuzu-kimizu or honey-miso.

A medium bowl with two selections per category is 12 euro, and a large bowl with three selections per category is 15 euro. Extra protein is 3.50 euro and an extra mix-in or topping is 1.50 euro. A few premium toppings such as seared salmon or grilled eel carry a small surcharge.

Yes. Baked organic tofu is available as a plant-based protein, and you can combine it with vegetable mix-ins, fruit and crunchy toppings on any base. One of the signature bowls is a tofu bowl with avocado cream, honey-miso sauce, kiwi, jalapeño, pineapple, cashews and quinoa pops.
