Wellness Sport Club Lyon Confluence

The club spreads over 2,000 m2 and includes strength areas with Technogym and Hammer Strength machines, cardio equipment, a connected E-Zone with EGYM machines, a dedicated HYROX zone (SkillRun and SkillUp), an immersive cycling studio, plus a pool heated to 28C, a sauna and a hammam.

There are more than 160 group classes per week, including RPM and Sprint cycling, BodyPump, BodyAttack and BodyBalance, yoga, pilates, boxing, dance, HYROX training and aquatic classes such as aquabiking, aquagym and aquadynamic.

The club is open seven days a week: Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 22:00, Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 8:00 to 17:00.

It is at 134 Cours Charlemagne, 69002 Lyon, in the Confluence district about five minutes from Gare Perrache. It is served by tram T1 and T2 (Hotel de Region - Montrochet) and Metro line A at Perrache, and is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Membership is described as all-inclusive and without commitment (tout inclus et sans engagement), so a fixed contract term is not required.
