Yuícery Stuttgart is a fully plant-based fast food restaurant and juice bar on Hospitalstraße in Stuttgart city center. Part of Yuícery, which began in 2014 as a juice manufactory and became Germany's first 100% vegan fast food chain, it runs a build-your-own bowl concept: pick a base of salad, rice or quinoa, then add vegan protein alternatives, vegetables, fruit, grains and sauces. The menu also includes signature bowls such as Cezar Chick'n and Plantuna, house-made smoothies, freshly pressed juices, and breakfast items like porridge, avocado toast and banana bread. Everything is 100% vegan and carries the V-Label vegan (held since January 2024). There is outdoor seating, and the venue sits in the affordable price range.
