Opened in November 2024 in the former City Life SportsClub, it pairs a digital eGym training floor with Hammer Strength and Life Fitness strength and cardio zones, plus Flexx flexibility training. The XXL Functional Area includes a 20-metre weight-sled track, and a BootCamp area hosts HYROX-style HIIT, Yoga, Pilates and fascia courses led by trainers and sports scientists. Two new saunas (Finnish and Bio) and a rooftop terrace form the wellness and recovery area. A free trial session is offered.
