Barry's Frankfurt

The signature 50-minute class alternates treadmill cardio (walk, jog, run or sprint) with floor strength training using weights and bodyweight, all in the dimly lit Red Room with loud music and coach-led intervals. You can also choose Double Floor or RIDE x LIFT, which combines indoor-cycling intervals with floor strength.

The studio is at Opernplatz 14, 60313 Frankfurt am Main, near the Alte Oper. It was Germany's first Barry's studio, opening in 2021.

The Fuel Bar is Barry's in-house spot for post-workout nutrition, serving customized shakes and grab-and-go items to support muscle recovery. The two-floor studio also has locker rooms with showers.

The studio runs early-morning and evening class blocks. On weekdays it opens from 06:30 (Wednesday from 05:45) with a midday break, then reopens in the late afternoon. Weekend classes run morning and late afternoon. Book a specific class slot on the Barry's website or app.

Classes are booked per slot through the Barry's website or the Barry's app, where you reserve your treadmill or floor spot. Barry's typically offers single classes and class packs; check the Frankfurt page for current pricing.
