It combines warm water pools at 34C (indoor and in the courtyard), cold plunge pools at 14C and 16C, a 30C Vitalisbecken with bubble loungers, and two 33C outdoor mineral pools: a brine (Sole) pool and a lithium pool with foot-reflex jets. The heat area has four saunas (Faecher 90C, Markgrafen 80C, Vital 55C) plus the Majolika steam bath at 45C.

Tickets are time-based: 2 hours for 18.50 euro, 4 hours for 24.50 euro, and a full day pass for 27 euro. On Tuesday to Thursday an early-entry 2-hour ticket costs 15 euro, with 1.50 euro per further half hour up to the 27 euro day rate. There is also a prepaid BadePass card that gives 5 to 15 percent off single entries.

The 33C outdoor lithium pool has a high lithium content and is described as deeply relaxing and mood-lifting. Small jets in the floor add a foot-reflex-zone massage. Next to it sits a 33C brine (Sole) pool that follows the long tradition of relaxing mineral bathing.

It is at Ettlinger Strasse 4 in central Karlsruhe. The tram and S-Bahn stop Kongresszentrum is directly at the entrance (lines including S1, S11, 2, S4 and more). For drivers, the Novotel/Kongresszentrum parking garage is about a 3-minute walk and offers 5 hours for 6 euro for bath visitors, with the ticket validated at the cashier.

It opens Monday from 14:00, Tuesday to Friday from 10:00, and closes at 23:00 on weekdays. On Saturday it runs 10:00 to 22:00 and on Sunday 10:00 to 19:00.
