FlowFest 2026

flowFEST is a three-day biohacking and longevity festival in Munich, built around the idea that the point isn't only to live longer, but to feel fully alive while doing it. The 2026 edition, themed "COME ALIVE," takes place July 3–5 at Avalon Kraftwerk, a former power plant turned event space, and draws over 1,000 people from across the DACH health and performance scene.
Rather than a conference of back-to-back talks, flowFEST is built to be experienced. Alongside speakers from medicine, sport, and entrepreneurship who share what they've actually tested, the program runs on hands-on formats: breathwork, cold exposure, movement, workshops, and a curated exhibitor floor where you can try the tools and technologies for yourself. Art, music, and time for real conversation round out a weekend that's as much about energy and clarity as it is about knowledge. Organized by Flowgrade, it has become one of the leading longevity gatherings in the German-speaking world.
